Starting January 2026, we have officially partnered with BECA Logistics as an additional in-country logistics provider, alongside Soonest Express Cargo, to further enhance deliveries throughout the Philippines.

At NJJR Express, we are committed to providing you with reliable service. To maintain these standards in the face of a challenging global logistics environment, we would like to inform you of a modest price adjustment.
Effective January 1, 2026, there will be a $2.00 increase applied to all orders across the board. This decision was made after a careful review of our rising operational costs in Ocean Freight, Philippine Customs and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency administrative costs for releasing our containers. Additionally, local transport and fuel costs have increased, affecting the final leg of our delivery service.
We have absorbed these rising costs for as long as possible. However, to ensure we can continue to navigate these external logistics pressures without compromising the reliability of our service, this adjustment is now essential.
We appreciate your business and thank you for your continued trust in our company.
Important info for our North Carolina customers
Please be advised that Mr. Sam Magno is no longer affiliated with NJJR Express in North Carolina, effective October 1, 2025. For future box pickups or inquiries, please contact our main office.
Weight Limit
In accordance with the International Maritime Organization (IMO)'s Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) Chapter VI specifications on the Gross Mass Weight Requirement of Containers, NJJR Express needs to implement a weight of around 150 lbs. maximum for each balikbayan box.
